Because reports are digital products delivered instantly, we generally don’t offer refunds after download. If you experience a delivery issue or believe the report contains a material error, contact us and we’ll resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
Yes. Reports are for your personal use in evaluating a franchise investment. Sharing excerpts with advisors, partners, or your attorney is fine. Posting the full report publicly or reselling it is not.
All data is extracted from Franchise Disclosure Documents filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. These are public regulatory filings, not franchisor marketing materials or third-party summaries. See the full methodology.
The site currently uses 2025 FDDs (covering fiscal year 2024 data). FDDs are filed annually, and we update the site as new filings become available.
Every data point traces to a specific page in the source FDD. If you believe something is incorrect, email us the brand, the data point, and what you think the correct value is. We’ll verify against the source and correct any errors.
